REGISTRATION PROCEDURES


If you wish to participate in Ringette Scores on Cancer please complete the registration form and coach's attestation (see pdf documents below). As well, attach a team roster of players and bench staff noting desired jersey size (adult and youth sizes are available) beside each name on the roster.

All registrations received on or before 5 pm on November 15, 2017 will be considered equal. Please ensure your application is complete and includes payment. Incomplete applications will not be considered!

Team registration fee is $450. Cheque, money order and credit card payment is accepted. Cheques should be payable to Ringette Scores on Cancer.

If payment is being made by cheque or money order then faxed and/or emailed registrations will not be considered. An original registration form (with required attachments) and a cheque/money order must be sent by mail to the address shown on the registration form. Post dated cheques are not accepted. Cheques will be cashed immediately upon a team being notified it has been accepted.

If payment is being made by credit card then faxed and emailed registrations are accepted, as well as mailed submissions. If emailing your registration please scan relevant documents and email to the address noted on the registration form.

Once a team has been accepted into Ringette Scores on Cancer no refunds, withdrawals, substitutions or changes will be permitted.

Once the game schedule for Ringette Scores on Cancer is published no changes or alterations will be considered. If you have special circumstances (travel constraints, etc) please include these details in writing along with your registration paperwork.

Ringette Scores on Cancer acceptance notification will be via email and posting on this website. Notification will occur no later than December 15, 2017.

Teams that are accepted into Ringette Scores on Cancer will be provided with further information pertaining to player fundraising requirements and opportunities. Each player and bench staff member not having a player on the team who is a family member will be required to obtain a minimum of $100 in pledges for cancer research at the Cross Cancer Institute. A combination of manual pledge forms and online pledge generating capabilities will be made available to participants.
